Have used the pilot pen and these refills for well over twenty years (same make/model). Won't use anything else. Pen is just the right diameter, has a clip for pocket,and can get it in fine point with black ink. Have to keep close watch because others like to take my pen. So I keep large supply on hand. And give my best friend a box of pens and refills at least once a year.
