I use this as needed, I am a nontraditional college student, taking many notes and editing study notes, this refillable ink helps me to save the environment as I use the refillable ink in my B2P pens, different colors to choose from and always handy.

HAVE HAD A PILOT PEN FOR YEARS BECAUSE OF THE FATTER GRIP. MUCH EASIER TO USE WITH ARTHRITIC HANDS. BEING ABLE TO GET THE REFILL MAKES IT EVEN BETTER. THE INK FLOWS SMOOTHLY AND THE REFILLS LAST QUITE A WHILE.

I have three of these Dr. Grip pens and use them almost exclusively for checkwriting, making lists, filling out forms by hand. My one "con" is that sometimes the pen is difficult to open when needing to insert a new refill. Sometimes it opens at the middle, sometimes at the silver tip.Not sure why it is not consistent. Maybe it's just me.

Have a Hospital Syringe novelty Pens that came with red INK and needed a diffrent color this was a bit long but was able to be cut to fit with out ink leaking all over

I use these refills in Better Retractable Ballpoint Pen Medium. I find this to be a great pen. Works at all times, no leaks, no smudges, clean writing and comfortable to write with. I have used no other pen in the last 4 years. Bonus - Refills are cheap!!!!

This is the only pen and refill I can use for my job as a Dietitian. I write up to eight hours a day. I constantly get compliments on how well Dr. Grip works and the ease of writing. If you write a lot, you need this pen.
