I LOVE THESE PENS. I ONLY USE PURPLE SO I HAVE TO ORDER THEM. THEY ONLY COME IN A PACK OF 12. LESS THAN 1.00 PER PEN. THEY WRITE GREAT THEY DONT SMEER. THEY ARE VERY BOLD AND COME IN A LOT OF COLORS. THEY ARE ALSO A 7.0 TIP. THEY WRITE VERY SMOOTH. I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THESE GREAT PENS. IF YOU HAVE NEVER TRIED THEM YOU NEED TO. Not as negative as red yet the color is easily distinguished on printed or hand-written documents. Useful for editing and indicating areas of concern for later discussions. Ink may smear on slick-coated paper. Color is creative yet within the realm of professionalism.

I use my purple pens to make special notations on reports, bank deposit slips, calendar notes for special events, anything I want to notice quickly. I like this particular pen because it writes smoothly and doesn't skip, and lasts a long time. I haven't found anything that isn't great about it.

We use this pen alot and has a wider seleciton of refillable colors (blue, green, red, black and purple). Wish it had more refillable colors, but they do sell a large selection of colors.

the Pilot G2 gets a lot of use in our college. It's great until in runs out! The purple and green inks stand out when grading or editing or just working on daily projects.
