These pens were purchased for my son's school needs. The array of colors were what he needed. I was able to find most of the colors desired in one package, then found others in another package. This was at a Staples store while I was on a trip away from home. I have always found the things I need at most Staples stores, even while traveling. Luckilly, I was able to find a Staples store at a location on the way home, as my son needed the items for a homework assignment the next day. Staples is a great store!

The colors of ink in these pens are the most vivid I have ever used. Please keep these as the future choices. So many other manufacturers make changes just when you get used to the pens. Thank you for your choices.

I use Pilot G-2s for just about every writing task except crossword puzzles and then only because I can't erase. The ink flow is superior and I have rarely had any blotches or leaking.

The wide variety of colors offered meets every need. Just beware that the ink is water soluble.

Was looking for a fine point pen set to make calendar entries for different meetings. Used the colors to make them easier to recognize. Great value with many colors in the set!

Pens matter. I've found that a good pen makes my nearly illegible handwriting more readable; the Pilot G-2 Retractable Gel-Ink pen has the right combination of barrel size and design to fit my fingers comfortably and smooth writing action to make writing a breeze. I particularly like the array of colors; the standard blue and black to suit my professional needs, the red, green and purple for my personal preference, and the pink, turquoise and burgundy for those times that I want to make a statement.
