Pen writes smoothly, but the first time you use it, it may stick a little. Thereafter, works fine. The ink is quick drying but not immediately smear-proof. Useful for those who like using stick pens but who also want gel ink.

Of all the pens I have used, this one flows easily, writes precisely, and is DARK enough. I like that the ink isn't wimpy and it is still precise. The ink smears if you are super impatient, but it really does dry quickly.
