When it comes to extra fine point felt tip pens, absolutely no other compares to this Pilot. I am very particular about the pens I use because I am a perfectionist when it comes to penmanship. This has been my pen of choice for 25 years. When I could no longer find them at the usual retail stores, I feared that they had been discontinued altogether. Then one evening, I spied a celebrated author using a Pilot Razor Point at a book signing and subsequently learned that Staples sold them. I will forever be grateful to her for reuniting me with my favorite writing instrument. (I use the blue ones signing documents and greeting cards.)

To the poor reviewer that rated this pen less than 4 stars - just what were you expecting from this pen? Do you need to have a 1mm+ ink line for everything you write?
If so, I'd suggest seeing an eyecare professional - because everyone who appreciates a smooth, crisp and clean line when they're using a pen will absolutely fall for it.
