Everything I needed to stop using my speaker phone, except the cord gets in the way. I thought I would only use it for the occasional teleconference, but the quality is so good I want to use the headset more and more.

Much better than the last wired over-ear headset I owned. Especially like the overhead vs over-ear, so convertible option was appreciated.

Only problem is the wire is too short, and get tangled easily in my things. My solution will be to get close to the equivalent as a wireless.

Was on the road and stuck in a "Prairie Dog Village" and needing to participate in multiple teleconferences with high ambient noise in the work space.
This product saved my sanity and those around me by permitting me to participate without a speaker phone and in a low voice when speaking.

Interconnect cable from the device to a phone is too short.

have used Plantronics for years, good product. cord is only 4-5 feet long so you are limited in your movement. would love to be able to buy a longer cord. otherwise it's a great headset.

the cord is longer than most others and I like the hanger to hold the headset is a real plus -- but from time to time a hum pulses in the earpiece during use-this is annoying and disturbing

This model is inexpensive as far as headsets go. But it is NOT wireless, and does NOT have a handset lifter. So to answer a call you have to take the handset off the phone, the press the button on the headset. To hang up the call, press the button on the headset, then hang up the receiver. Try doing THAT 200 times a day. I sent it back and spent the money for a good one.
