I use it while commuting as it is against the law to hold handset.
I like the ease of using it and the sound is great.
I wear glasses so the extra bulk at the back of the ear is uncomfortable and at times it falls off.

This headset is the most comfortable that I've ever used. The quality of sound is very good. I would recommend the extended service however, because it can be a little fragile. I have purchased and re-purchased for our business and highly recommend it. The only drawback is that we've had several break. This is why I recommend the ESP.
