Good value for the money. We were renting a time clock from our payroll company for $75 a month which was silly. For 1/3 of what we would pay them we have our own clock now. My husband insisted that we get a digital timeclock instead of manual and I'm glad he did. The directions were good at walking you through the steps to set up payroll and how to use the clock. It really is pretty easy and takes a short time to do. My only complaint is with the rounding feature: it rounds the minutes both up and back and I find myself having to make adjustments manually which might be time consuming if you have a lot of employees. We have 10 so it's not bad at all. We've been using the clock for about 3 months now and it's accurate and reliable. We even went through the time change without any problems - the clock automatically adjusted itself.

Wonderful product for our business - we were using card time clocks and this is much more efficient plus employees aren't looking at each others time or clocking for each other so a better work environment for all

Changing from another time clock company. Pyramid offered much better customer service and IT. The clock is easy to set-up and while I had some glitches they were easily and completely addressed by Pyramid (i.e. I used the wrong information for the "missed punch-out" and once advised what to use the problem was resolved). 4 stars only because I can't comment on the longevity of the product. Other time clock only lasted 4 yrs.
