This is a great dry erase marker. I am not sure why one reviewer said she had staining on the board. I have found these to be the cleanest erasing whiteboard marker I have ever used. Buy a pack and you'll see what I mean. The ink is somewhat transparent on the board -- maybe not as bold as other markers, but the other advantages make up for that one little drawback. Best marker I have used in 15 years of teaching.

I bought these expecting to get bolder color then the normal expo markers, I recieved bold but I am constantly left with marks that are hard to come off. I have to constantly clean it with a liquid board cleaner. I wouldnt recommend these to anyone, but they do the job as far as writing.

I never knew it made a difference which markers you use on a white board. We used the Echo on a new Quartet board that was to come perfectly clean - no shadows. The Echo didn't leave shadows - it left the most of the mark and was so hard to clean! I was told to get these - problem solved.
