We use these boards to post phone numbers for the staff person on duty. They are a great quality for the price. We have them in six rental buildings.

Actual writing surface is 11"x13". Little disappointed in small accessory tray at bottom but can be slipped off. Comes with 2 sheetmetal screws and plastic anchors for wood or drywall mounting but with extra magnets the steel frame at top and bottom on back side allows for sticking to a steel surface. This board is sturdy enough to use on desktop like a pad.
