The paper is used for all office printing. The first order placed contained an excellent quality of paper. The paper in the second order was not the same- although both orders were 24# the second order would jam in the printer and the texture was different. I called Quill earlier to ask about this. The response was that it could have been just a different batch. Whatever the reason, we still could not use it for quality print. We are completely satisfied with other Quill products, just not the paper.

The first shipment of this paper covered all office needs; the most recent order of the same paper has a different texture, although the specs. are the same. It is not as suitable for newsletters and bulletins.
Answer for the next question: the first order was excellent and I would recommend it.

The "savings" of using cheap copy paper is not worth the hassle, when trying to file copies in packets and folders, and you have to fight to get it to go down. I've used this heavier weight for years now. I get other copies from my bookkeeper, and have to fight to get them into my packets at the car lot. Cheap copier paper takes time out of my day, and cause frustration. I like this product

I sent out a mailing with this paper and some were returned because of wrong address. When I opened the returns there were smears all over the letter and the two additions I included. I can only suppose that the mailing was ruined and my first impression was bad. I spent money for a wasted mailing.

The paper disappoints if you want good color like that available on glossy or semi matte papers. Also it is more geared to graphs and charts and not for art type reproduction.. Okay for proofing some photos or for informal presentations folder for graphics clients.
