        We actually use this product for purchase orders. This is the first company that I have ever worked for that does this, but instead of using file folders, each PO has its own envelope with an 'order control sheet' attached. All documentation pertaining to the PO is filed in the envelope. It actually works pretty good. After the order is shipped and all invoices, bills of lading, etc. are received, the envelope is filed away but if any questions or problems should arise, you only have to pull the envelope and everything you need is included.

          The glue on the flap isn't sticky enough. We have had issues where the flaps would come open before the mail had been picked up. Luckily, we caught it in time and put packing tape on them to seal it securely. We have stopped buying these and now buy the quick strip envelopes as those hold more securely.
