About Me Midrange Shopper
Comments about Quill Brand Platform and Articulating Arm with Slide-Out Mouse Pad; 22-1/2 Wide:
Came missing the stopper, screws to install product to desk and template. Directions said these were included. Sent product back. Received new one the SAME WAY. Kept it. Bought screws, installed the base backwards and then put a piece of wood in the back as a stopper. Product is sturdy. But wouldn't buy again. Not worth the hassle.
poor mouse pad

platform was easy to install. my only problem is with the slide-out mouse pad. mouse pad does not slide out easily and there is not built-in wrist rest on mouse pad. purchasing a mousepad with wristrest is needed to fully utilize the slideout feature.

The unfortunate thing is that there were a couple of screws missing so installation was a bit more complicated than it could have been. Its amazing that such a small detail can be so annoying.
