One of my staff was having problems with pain in her arms. Her doctor said it was tennis elbow, probably caused by using a keyboard that was placed on her desk. The keyboard shelf helped as her pain is almost gone.

I was sceptical to even purchase this tray based on previous reviews, but it was economical and seemed to fit the space we were accomodating. Unfoutunately, upon installation(tedious) the unit was too bulky to fit under the desk we needed it for. You may not be able to fit your legs under the desk one this tray is installed either. We had to retun it. =(
