Looks nice with contemporary style and mesh back, just like high-end chairs. Don't be fooled! After just two months of daily use, the foam padding in the seat cushion is totally shot. NO SUPPORT. It collapses all the way to the hard seat pan when you sit down. I am average build, 180 lbs. The vinyl upholstery of the seat cushion does not breathe. It makes your thighs and rear heat up and perspire. Very uncomfortable after just a few moments sitting.

I work for a hospital from home and sit in my chair 8 hours a day. The physical therapy dept did an evaluation for the most ergonomic work station, and this chair was recommended to all office staff who sit for long periods to reduce back and neck strain. I was sore at first, I think from finally sitting correctly, muscles that were not used to being in the correct alignment, but after 1 day, I have no more back pain after a long day.

Ordered this chair for a new hire. He was able to put it together in about 30 minutes. He says it's very comfortable. We ordered a second one last week for another employee. Both people are happy with the chair. It's nice because it has adjustable arms so it's suitable for people of all heights (both people here are tall).
