We use these to file our computer printouts, and we need maybe 30 a year. At this price, they should at least hold together for a year if you don't overstuff them, but they do not - the binding splits from the front or back. Also, we color code our binders per different programs (funding sources) - burgundy, navy, and gray. The burgundy is no longer available and the "fire engine" red is just so ugly to look at every day - it looks like a color that you use file your nuclear waste reports in. Lastly, the question above "Describe Yourself:" I would say that I am quality AND value oriented; can't we be both?
