We use these regularly to store paperwork that we will be accessing often and can usually use them for more than one year. Not easy to label (most of these types of folders aren't!), but overall a good, solid product!

I was very impressed with the construction of this organizer and like the fact that the majority of the letters of the alphabet have their own space. It's also very compact so it doesn't take up as much space as my old one.

I was using a very old one, what a great way to fell better about filing! Don't know why I waited so long to replace the old one (16 yrs) becasue it still worked, it was just getting worn. This looks so much better adn I like using it. Now others inthe office want new ones.

We use this A-Z expansion file daily to keep invoices pending payment. This file is very durable and gets lots of use. The one we had before was the same and lasted for literally years. I expect this one will too. I am a visual type of person so I do wish it came in colors other than brown, however otherwise I highly receommend it for the quality.
