We use these files for construction & billing & they hold up through being pulled in & out of file drawers all day long by everyone. They get recycled over the years & although the tab may get torn, the rest of the folder holds up for at least 3 years of constant usage by a lot of people

I use these folders for our employee packets, where all employee's paperwork are stored. It's great that it has many divisions and everything is organized neatly. But as it goes with 2 hole punch organizers, its a little of a pain to have to take out the front papers to be able to stick something in the back of the pile. But as these things go, this one is pretty good.
