        I have a Brother Model MFC-8440 laser all-in-one printer-copier-fax-scanner (b/w only), which is now 5-1/2 years old and still working beautifully. When it was time to replace the toner cartridge, I decided to try the Quill brand equivalent instead of the Brother brand, because the Quill brand was less costly. It seemed to work just fine, and I've been buying the Quill toner cartridges ever since. I am a home user, so I only have to replace the toner about once every 8-12 months.

            I must say that I was very surprise how long this toner last. At the beginning I was not so sure in buying it, I did not know if it was going to work the same as the original, but at the end I decided to give it a try. Now, this is the only one that I buy, it do the samething as the original, but you pay much less. It is worth to buy, I really recommended.
