      We just recently replaced this drum, it appeared to be very faint in color only to discover that the toner cartridge was over a year old. Replaced the tone and it works like a new drum.

              Generally I like Quill products and find them to be of high quality, however this drum gives poor quality copy, uneven and smears and 1 week after installing, the replace drum light came back on, which means that in a short time the printer will stop printing until a new drum is inserted. This is the first time I have used their imaging drum and would not do so again.
