I find that with both Brother and Quill replacement cartridges for the MFC-7340 all-in-one the sharpness is just mediocre, and the cartridges run out of toner way too soon. In all fairness, these issues may have to do with the fact that my MFC-7340 was purchased refurbished. I will probably buy a new and better Brother model in the future, and will be better able to critique replacement cartridges at that point in time.

    Some cartridges seem to last forever and some seem to have a very short life as if the toner was not filled completely. No difference in usage, just difference in quality. Still beats the high-priced new cartridge.
