There is insufficient folder expansion to avoid curling papers or mangling edges. Why have 2.5 or 3.0 inches of fastener when the folder itself will not allow more than 3/4 inch of expansion. The heavier weight of the folder is excellent, but the tab needs to be larger.

We use these for our client files and they are just what is needed. They stand up to the constant use and are not overly expensive.

not centered properly for paper. When folder closes it bends the paper. Fasteners are not alligned properly.

These are great manila folders with 2 fasteners, one on the inside of each cover. I was hoping for a little thicker stock, but they are fine for what I need.

I use these files for our Customer Files and they stay together very well, they do not bend as easily has a non 2 ply folder would so they last longer with less damage.

I purchased this product to be used for employee files that would house their hire paperwork, progress reports, etc. Not alot of paper, but maybe a total of 30 pages or so would eventually be put in here. HOWEVER, whenever you use both sides of the folder's brackets (with standard 8 1/2" x 11" size paper)...the folder does not want to close. The pages meet in the middle of the bind making it want to stay open. I HIGHLY recommend another product!
