The product we receive was not exactly what we believed we were getting. We understood this to be a hole punch with 3 adjustable heads that would punch up to 45 sheets at a time. What we received was a 1 adjustable head hole punch. The first customer rep we spoke with was helpful in the sense that she issued the credit and another order. The second rep. was VERY helpful, and determined to help us get to the bottom line issue. We were able to discover after our 3rd order attempt that the product we received was the correct one from the warehouse - but I don't believe we were able to communicate to Quill the need for them to update their website with the complete and accurate information of the product.
If you only desire a one adjustable head and do not mind that there are not 3 adjustable heads, I'm sure this product would work well for you - but we never actually removed the product from packaging and used it ourselves.
I just want to pass on what we learned to make sure everyone ordering knows what they ARE ordering.

I always have large volumes @ once . This product handles real nicely for this. I have used other brands and have found the do not handle a large volume all at once like the Quill brand does.
I highly recommend Quill brand for large jobs.

I am impressed. Our office people love it. I thought it would be mostly plastic when we got it, but it isn't. This punch is sturdy, doesn't move around on you. This product is much better than the other brand we had. This doesn't stick to paper. The handle looks awkward and like it would be hard to push, but it really is easy to push down and pops right back up. I am impressed. I haven't tried large volumes yet.

This hardly ever gets jammed and cuts real easy. The handle makes it easy to push through 40 sheets. It does get stuck at times because the lever goes too far but very easy to pop back in place. We have had this for about a year. We have around 60 employees who use this and is still Working Great.
