I've been using the Quill toner cartidges in my HP 1200 for over 7 yrs in a busy office. In all those years I've only had to send one cartidge back because of a problem and Quill promptly replaced it free of charge.

I have had real good luck with the Quill brand up to this point. But this cartridge really disappoints me. Installed and started printing but it streaked my paper and looked very unprofessional.

I originally ordered 2 units. One worked and the second did not. I returned the second and received a third unit which also did not work, so Quill sent me a HP brand cartridge for the same price. I like the idea of cheaper cartridges, but not at the expense of taking the time to make 2 returns...
