I print 1 to 25 page documents 5-10 times per day. This product is less expensive than the name brand and was even cheaper than my local ink refill store with an email coupon. I purchased two of these. The first cartridge didn't seem to last very long. The ink was also not as dark as the name brand. My printer does not have an option to change the setting to darker on documents printed out by computer, so this is sometimes inconvenient. When making copies, which I also do a lot of, the print is not dark enough but I am able to select a darker setting for each print job.The name brand cartridges have a print life of about 2000 pages but this one only provided about half of that. I'll be replacing it with the second cartridge soon & will update this review. [...], and my machine has never jammed or had any errors caused by them. All in all, for the price paid, it was a good value. Even if the yeild is half what the name brand cartridge produces, since the cost is also half, the price to print per page is the same.Usually when you purchase a lower yeild or less expensive product, the price per unit is higher. My budget doesn't always permit me to pay the highest price to get the highest yeild, and I don't 'need' to have two months worth of ink sitting in my printer. So this product is a very good option for me. The customer service I receive from Quill FAR exceeds any other office supply company I have worked with. I spend about $50-$100 a month on office supplies and have had very few issues with them in several years of purchases. The few issues I did have were corrected immediately in a very pleasant manner.
