We bought these because we are tired of punching holes and / or or buying expensive pre-punched paper. We would recommend them to anyone that has to put together a presentation that needs to be easily changed. They are less bulky than a regular 3 hole binder.

These are well made and sturdy for protecting documents. We used them to make employee handbooks. A major drawback was that the swing arm covers up part of your document when it is in the locked position. You need to make sure your margins on your documents are set so that your text is not covered up by the binding that holds the papers in place. Other than that inconvenience, they are a good value.
