                  The toner does not get hot enough for some reason so when you print on thick paper or labels the toner rubs off. I now have to return it and purchase the HP brand cartridge.

                    The cartridges seem to be comparable with HP as far as everyday normal usage at a lower cost; however, installation was less so: the packaging was cumbersome and the tab didn't dislodge easily and not w/out toner escaping.
