We use our office printer/copier every day. Some days are heavy use, but most are average use (about 30-50 per day). We have used both name brand and Quill remanufactured cartridges and both seem to last about the same amount of time/copies. We have only had one disappointment with this product when a "new" cartridge had very little toner upon delivery. We contacted Quill immediately. They replaced it and sent a prepaid UPS label to return the defective one. We are pleased over-all and will continue to purchase this product.
