    I bought this product because we fly through ink and I was trying to save some $. After I installed the cartridge and it started leaving pink spots and lines all over the printed documents. Luckily Quill's customer service is great & they sent me the return info and credited my account. Though the product wasn't great at least Quill's customer service is! 1 star for the product but 5 stars for the customer service!

      It is messy, but the value is good, and I didn't have any issues with any prints in this color once it was installed. Just takes some manual cleaning to be sure you don't have loose ink when you put it in the printer.
