I use these to store previous year's files that have to be kept for at least 7 years. They are very sturdy and the design makes them easy to access. They are well worth the price.

At year end we file away the old records-
when stacked it is easy to access the records within (unlike boxes with lids)
The end flaps tend to pop open, requiring packing tape to keep them secure
