    These clear sheet protectors do the job of exactly that - protecting the paper. They are fairly sturdy. However, the quality is not the best - when I take a new sheet, the plastic is often stuck together so I have to first "un-do" it. Other than that, it is probably the cheapest I have seen so I definitely think it is worth the money.
