The side border with holes is great! A sheet of copy paper or any size smaller is easy to slip right into top.

we use the sheet protectors for job lists we keep in 3 ring binder (also from Quill). Doing it this way for about a year and sheets don't get torn, etc. they are great!

Good value and sturdy enough for light-to-medium use. Last time I ordered them, I don't remember the pocket being stuck together at the top and so hard to open like these have been.

We use them to keep the master copies of various forms we need to photocopy often in a binder beside the machine. Our machine easily copies through them and they have stood up well to being taken in and out of the binder. This ended people using the master copy when we kept them in folders or accordion files-they can't not realize they have a master since it is in the plastic sheet protector, and it is not necessary to remove the master copy from the protector to copy it. I have never had any trouble opening them and we've used them a long time. On a personal note, I have a cookbook-binder using these to protect my pages and love it-if anything gets on it, just wipes off, and the pages don't tear at the ring holes.
