Barely had this cartridge for 2 or 3 months - I think I got it in October. My computer is already giving me low ink warnings. I've barely used it at all...

I didn't bother with support. They'd have no way of knowing whether I was telling the truth or I printed 1000 page documents. I know I'm telling the truth... An ink cartridge usually lasts me close to a year... I don't print much.
