This seems to be a very good shredder. It's much faster and quieter than the one we replaced so I have no complaints. So far I would buy this model again if needed.

This is a wonderful shredder for small offices. It is not as noisy as other shredders I've used. I would highly recommend this product for small office use or home use.

I use this to shred files. Putting in 8 sheets is about the capacity; going over just jams the machine. Otherwise I like it.

We use this shredder everyday in a mid-sized office environment for paper to cd's. Works great if you have a larger stack of paper to shred, it really powers through them. The only (minor) drawback is the noise level compared to the shredders we have replaced. All in all a great value.

We are a small medical imaging center and use this to shred all paperwork with private patient information. This includes CD's. This shredder does a wonderful job with both paper and CDs. Others have noted that this shredder is unusually noisy but we have all agreed it's no more noisy than other shredder we've all used in the past. Used to use Shred-It but they just changed their policy to require pickup at least every 8 weeks. This is at least 3 times more often than we need so we decided to get a shredder. Even if it needed annual replacement (which I don't foresee), we would still come out ahead.
