I don't have a problem about the spring water. However, the bottles were crushed. Not enough to cause a leak but enough that I have trouble getting them to stand up. When I do get them to stand up, I have to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't spill over.

I have to hold the bottom with one hand and use a nutcracker to twist off the cap. Once open, easy to open & close. Good quantity water - one bottle lasts all morning at work.

I used to buy Poland Spring and Nestle bottled water, but the Quill water tastes surprisingly better. It has a slight mineral taste which I prefer.
The plastic bottle can sometimes disform a little, so it stands a bit crooked. Not a big deal.
