I store the remaining sheets of a copy paper ream to keep them clean and damage free, all of the items I need to do bank deposits (endorsement stamp, deposit slip, money bag), mailing supplies (such as stamps, return address stamp), and papers. Transparent string envelopes keep papers neat. Small things can't slip out of the side of the file.

Once I started using these, I couldn't stop. I started with presentations and ended up buying more to organize System CDs and Manuals for equipment for software. All of the pieces stayed together, you could see what was in the package and they are more durable than the kraft paper envelopes. I have a whole box of organized stuff that normally was falling out of cabinets in different parts of the office.
