        I use the color paperclips as a code system. Red for the electric dept, blue for the water dept, sewer green...works great when I need just those specific documents out of the stack! The clips are sturdy and will hold quite a few papers.

                    We like these better than the classic metal paper clips because they are smooth and don't rip the paper they're clipped to; this is especially important when having to send clipped papers to clients. I also buy the large ones.
