I have had this phone for a year and am finally getting rid of it. It resets the settings at random times. The buttons get stuck and are hard to use. The battery on the cordless part charges long enough to make 3 calls then dies. The answering machine resets the options at random times. Don't buy this phone!

This phone would not register, when I called tech support they treated me like I was an idiot. After they could not figure out the issue, which she really never tried to, I was told to return to the store. I would never purchase another RCA product again!

I was looking for a 2-line phone for a great price. This phone is the one I was looking for. I was easy to install right out of the box, with great instructions. the phone has a great range, covering all the distance in my restaurant. It is easy to switch from line to line. The ringtones could be a little louder. The lcd screen is easy to read, and very bright. Storing phone numbers is a breeze, and well, I highly recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a 2-line phone. I can't wait to get an additional handset!

This phone is horrible. Have owned it for a little over a month and it has progresivley gotten worse. The sound quality is horrible, it is extremely static which in turn makes customer calls inaudible, forcing my workers to use personal cell phones at times to aviod having to try and guess what people are saying. It is static at 1 ft to pretty much any distance. I wish I had not given it the benefit of doubt when I first recognized it's inaudability, now it is past 30 days and i cannot return it.

I bought this phone expecting more than what I got. [*] poor quailty. Weird ring tones, no answer machine, hard to set up and you can hardly hear the person on the other end talking. Big disappointment. I am returning it.
