If you hold the phone on your shoulder to talk the person on the other end can not hear. Hand set very uncomfortable. Also hard to see the screen when sitting. Have to titl the phone to see the screen.

              This product is not meant to be a stand alone product but rather to be tied to another phone. However, unlike your home phone, you cannot use it as another extension. If you answer it, you cannot then use the phone it is tied to unless you put the call on hold and then pick up the line from the other phone. Once this and other factors are understood, it is a fine addition to any small business network.
