I have been using the flags for years and have figured out how to change the refill roll. My only complaint is that Staples does not sell the refills online. Why is that? I'm sure it's easier to charge [$] per cartridge and make a better profit, but if refills are sold at many other office supply sites, why not Staples.

I officially HATE this product. The dispenser doesn't work and I spent almost 20 minutes trying to load a refill, since the roll I had in it was tangled beyond use. Trying to wind the strip of flags through the complicated dispenser is like herding snakes. You end up manually using the refill rolls, which unwind faster than gift ribbon, and flags get everywhere. Zero out of ten!
