I have a wonderful inkjet but it was expensive to use. Purchased this since most of my printing is in B&W. Easy to set up. Connected right to my network. Print is super even at the economy setting. Love the speed, duplex capability, copy and scan capabilities. I would purchase another one if needed. Received it fast. So far with 2 weeks of use utilizing all its capabilities I am completely happy.

I HAVE A PROBLEM,after downloading the software and opening windows I get annoying message on the screen that states "YOU MAY BE A VICTIM OF SOFTWARE COUNTERFEITING". I tried the solutions offered by MICROSOFT and many other methods on the internet but the message pops up and it's aggravating. I also had two tv techs check,without sny success. My pc is working ok but now I can't get window updates. I have windows xp and has always fine. This problem sure points at the software that came with the printer. I like the printer very much. I would appreciate your input. Thank you. Joe A

Good copier does everything I needed it to. Quiet,
fast, and efficient. Needed assistance setting up networking,
emailed tech support 2 days ago still have not received a response
back. As long as you don't need support this should be a good
copier or for anyone, either small business or personal.

This was an easy product to set up and use. I was surprised that with so many features that I didn't have to be a kid to understand how to use it. My copies came out clear and precise, much better than the Canon copier which I replaced when I couldn't get the part after the paper stopped going through the rollers. I would not have bought the new copier if I could have fixed the old one but now I am happy that the old one broke since the new one works so much better. I am more than delighted with the results of the machine.

I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL AT FIRST ABOUT PURCHASING A REFURBISHED MACHINE BUT MY BROTHER TALKED ME INTO IT. I'M GLAD HE DID. THE MACHINE CAME QUICKLY AND IT APPEARED TO BE JUST LIKE NEW.IT IS VERY FAST COMPARED TO MY OLD HP AND THE COPIES ARE VERY CLEAR.
