A good chair but it did not come with the hardware like it was supposed to, to assemble it. We had to call for the hardware and wait almost 2 weeks for it to come.. =(

Don't waste your money. Even at half off this is not a quality chair. Screws constantly fall out and wheels break easily. Getting replacement parts is a hassle.

We purchased two of these chairs because they were on special, and I am glad I did because now I use one of them for spare parts to keep the other one usable! The screws keep loosening, the wheels keep breaking, and the arm rest are very unsturdy.

I use this product everyday at work and it does not stand up to the workload because it was truly misrepresented. I am a small person (5' 6" @ 125 lbs.) and already the arms are starting to loosen up, it creaks and the whole chair feels wobbly. I got two chairs because it was on sale at the time. I was throwing good money after bad. I would not, for any reason recommend this chair to others. I was not able to even read the reviews beforehand (almost seems like they do not want this link to work). The whole purchase was a bust. I cannot believe Quill sells this chair for the price they do. Robbery!

I use this chair for full time office work. It is pretty comfortable and rolls smoothly. The quality could be better, but because I purchased it at half price, I will make it work for me.
