I'm tall, and the seat of this chair hit me in mid thigh. Extremely uncomfortable. It would be helpful to provide seat dimensions in product description, as tall people have a very difficult time getting chairs with long enough seats to accommodate long legs.

I've been using this chair for 2 months, I ordered because it had many adjustments. However, it doesn't fit me, there's a large gap between my upper back and the back of the chair. That is the negative about buying a chair online. The main problem is with the pneumatics. I replaced my old chair after many many years of service because the seat began sinking. After 2 months this chair is doing the same thing. The paperwork says it's "normal for chair to slightly lower under body weight". I'm nowhere near the max weight and the lowering isn't slight, more like a couple inches. I don't know if I can return the chair at this point but will purchase locally next time where I can try it out first.
