This item is poorly made. The plastic runners, so that the hanging files can smoothly move, were both broke. So it is almost impossible for us to use it without these. If you can send us new ones that are not broken, maybe we would feel better about this purchase. Thank you

Had to ask building maintenance man to assemble. Did not have a box wrench which you need since screwdrivers (flat or philips) are of no use. It is adjustable for either letter or legal size folders but not clearly marked as to where to tighten the screws. Thus, after the poor guy put it together, it was too wide for legal folders! This is a crazy, poorly designed for assembly-by- user cart. I should have sent it back but after all the trouble it took to assemble I just kept it. [...]
