The boxes would be more practicable if they were coated with a white glossy paint, so you could remove the labes without ripping the box. Another way to improve the box would be if it had removeable index labels (one for each cubby/not just one for the entire box).
I really like the way you can use them for organization and storage, but for the price, they could improve the design. Another tip would be to make them available in colors matching filing cabinets.
