We buy all of our products for our small in home business from Staples [...] So we knew that we would get quality if we ordered our hand truck from them. It is lightweight but sturdy everything that it advertised. Only one problem! You can't use this truck with stairs! My husband loaded two 30 pound boxes onto the truck and that was great until he tried to go down the stairs. The wheels collapsed and it wouldn't work. Later we found that you really need a hand truck with what they call "stair glides" on the back to slide the load up and down the stairs. They do sell that kind at Staples but they are not folding whick we need. [...]
