Preferred the old model, which held more files. Would prefer to hang the folders directly on the cart and NOT in the holders.

This is one of the handiest things in my office. I use it all of the time. I loved it from the moment I took it out of the box. It assembled easily, it's very sturdy and a truly handy time saver. I liked it so much I bought 2 more for the office.

I am pleased with the quality of this file cart. It's not flimsy like other carts I've purchased for the same price. The actual filing section is divided into three compartments, which can be a pro and a con, depending on how you look at it. I do, however, enjoy the compartments having bottoms to them so heavy filing doesn't weigh down the file folders.

The wheels roll smoothly and has the option to lock them if needed. There is a metal bottom below the filing compartment which is very sturdy and gives you a chance to place heavy objects, if needed, below the files. My other cart is plastic and doesn't allow this, so I'm happy over all with this cart above every other one I have.
