5/11/13. Purchased three weeks ago for home use. The scanner is fast and reliable. Duplex printing, two pages on the front, two on the back, keeps my files much thinner and is still sufficiently readable for such items as bank statements. Love it!

Let me clarify a few things. The manual is automatically installed on the PC during the installation from the CD. Secondly the manual IS available online in both pdf and html formats. It comes with a USB cable. Very nice size and fast printing and scanning. Actually amazing for the price. The only thing that threw me for a few moments is how to set the paper tray for the LENGTH of the paper. It comes so a letter size does not fit until you move a guide back to allow the paper to fit flat down. It is all in the setup sheet in pictures but it was not immediatley obivious to me. All I can say this is such a cool looking multi-function and it works great. I got it on sale and I feel I paid less than it had to cost to make.

I do make one suggestion, buy SAMSUNG new toner carts, not cheap knock-offs or refills. Nothing is like a new fresh cart from SAMSUNG. It prints better and won't be overfilled, and it will not cause jams like some cheap toner carts can. This advice will save you headaches in the long run.

I can't load too many pieces of paper in the tray or it grabs them all and you have a major paper jam. It copies and scans cleanly. Good for small office use.

This product works really well, prints quickly, and does not take up much space. The automatic document feeder and duplex capability is helpful. 29 pages per minute is definitely fast enough for most usage. Try downloading CloudPrint on your Android mobile phone, to use in conjunction with Google Chrome on your PC. You can print from anywhere! I love the convenience of coming home to find my prints already waiting for me...much better than going to any of those express office print locations!
