Great product that provides that extra ounce of security for those personal files you want to protect in the event of losing or misplacing your flash drive. It provides that piece of mind knowing that your personal information is protected should it fall into the wrong hands. Easy to set up and use on any computer. A great value and worth every penny for its intended purpose of securing your personal/business informatin. I'm thinking about buying another for my home office or as a gift.

SanDisc is one of the few companies that offer password protection on a flashdrive that works with Windows7. Rather than having password that you put in to open the flashdrive, it has a vault within it that requires the password. The plus is that everything that is stored on it doesn't have to be password protected. If you store something in the vault and make changes on it later, you can easily keep both versions. The downside is that to you have to click and drag files out of it to work on them. When you are downloading protected data, you can't just send it to that flashdrive. You have to place it on the desktop first and then add to the vault. So it's a pain in that use.

USB drive got corrupted for an unknown reason. Was able to recover, FAT32 format but not readable on Win. Can read/write on Macintosh. FAT32 re-format was accomplished on Macintosh using OS HD Utility.

Little "speedy" is great - only complaint is the thickness which can interfere with closely set stacked USB ports. Its small size also suggests a lanyard or else!
